Founded in 2003 by Oscar Bley Neto, we are an industry specialized in the processing and commercialization of Noble purple garlic, an exclusive variety of Brazilian soil.
Considered one of the world´s best garlic for it high concentration of allicin, vitamin and minerals – providing incomparable flavor and aroma!
Our production process preserves all characteristics of the vegetable in a 100% natural way, bringing to consumers an unique gastronomic experience.
The solids partnerships with several producers during harvest and off-season guarantee the purple garlic suplly all year around.
We strive for excellence: National and international certifications for good manufacturing pratices that guarantee maximum food safety for consumers, in addition to awards for sustainable policies.
In 2018 we started the internationalization process of our company when we were selected with other 20 companies by Apex Brasil to show our products at Sial Paris Inspire Food Business, the biggest food & drink fair in the world!
In 2019 we won the Environmental Performance Award from the Federation of Industries of the State of Ceará. We became a reference in environmental sustainability.
