Our international quality certificates relate to our Brazilian Noble Purple Garlic beneficiation process, thus guaranteeing quality, food safety and good manufacturing practices. These certificates would not give credibility if we were not concerned with the real origin of our raw material.

We make a rigorous selection of the garlic to be processed, a concern that extends from the selection of seeds to be cultivated, good agricultural practices, correct garlic drying technique and qualification of the transport of the raw material to our factory.
